Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Glendale is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Glendale follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We travel all over Arizona to try different food spots out. After seeing this place on Instagram we decided to stop by and IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!! The pan fried dumplings are different than anything Iβve had before. Steamed dumplings, with a crunchy bottom layer thatβs been pan fried. The different and unique options like the crawfish dumplings made the experience worth the drive!

This was worthy every bit of the 45 minute drive to get here. The taste, presentation, and dipping sauces where some of the best that I have had. Hands down, the best I have had in the Valley.

We drove 45 minutes one-way to experience this new Asian food hall for their LNY event this past weekend, and the pan-fried dumplings made it all worth it. They were the best dumplings I've ever had, and I've tried many in the valley. There are good ones out there, but none of them ever blew my mind like these do. At first, I was a little disappointed there was no dipping sauce, but after my first bite, I realized that would've actually ruined them. They were perfectly seasoned, full of flavor, moist & juicy. The pork & shrimp filling, along with the crisp, lacey skirt were all cooked expertly. My only complaint is that this place is too far away. If I lived closer, I'd have these all the time! We also tried the shrimp wontons in chili oil. They were prepared well too, but were lacking in flavor. The chili oil overpowered the delicate shrimp. However, the side of chili crisp was very good and paired so much better with them. They weren't bad by any means. They just paled in comparison to the pan-fried ones, which were exquisite!
